Maryam Zeidan Sharboush
Maryam Zeidan is an Industrial Engineering student from The Hashemite University with a strong background in production management, process improvement, and supply chain optimization. Her academic training provided expertise in operations research, production planning and control, quality assurance, lean manufacturing, and risk management, supported by advanced skills in data analysis and simulation. She is proficient in Python, MATLAB, R, Power BI, Minitab, and ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle, enabling her to develop mathematical models, design optimization algorithms, and apply machine learning techniques to enhance decision-making and improve multi-objective industrial processes. Her hands-on experience includes developing inventory and production optimization models, implementing process improvement projects, and applying simulation tools to increase operational efficiency. Beyond technical capabilities, Maryam has demonstrated leadership and strategic thinking as a Generation Connect member under the European Union, a Finance and Investment Committee member in the Jordanian Youth Parliament, a Qimam Fellowship alumna, and a former legal researcher at the Jordanian House of Representatives, where she strengthened her skills in communication, policy analysis, and project management. She brings a combination of analytical problem-solving, cross-functional teamwork, and the ability to translate theoretical knowledge into practical industrial solutions.
