Abdullah Shabbir

Abdullah is a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) student at the University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Lahore, with a passion for epidemiology, food safety, antimicrobial resistance (AMR), One Health, and the integration of artificial intelligence in veterinary medicine. He aims to leverage innovation and AI to advance disease surveillance, diagnostics, and community health outcomes. He completed a research internship at the National Agricultural Research Centre (NARC), Islamabad, where he gained experience in molecular diagnostics, serology, vaccine development, and cell culture. Abdullah is the founder of KelpBloom, an initiative promoting marine sustainability through kelp farming, and SHIELD AMR, a project raising awareness on AMR and WASH practices in underserved communities. Ahad Ali Nazir is medical student at Khyber Medical University (Rehman Medical Institute), recognized for his leadership, academic excellence, and contributions to medical research and student development. He serves as President of the Pakistan Physiological Society (Student Chapter) and Director Academics of the Student Research Society, where he has organized national-level workshops, built research capacity, and mentored emerging investigators. Passionate about cancer research, Ahad has conducted projects on Hodgkin’s lymphoma, colorectal cancer, melanoma, and ALS, earning the Best Researcher Award 2023–24. He completed research electives at the Precision Medicine Lab and voluntary clinical electives at Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital, deepening his expertise in translational and surgical oncology. He is the founder and Digital Media/Sales Assistant at Property Advisors, a family-run real estate marketing startup. Shahzaib has completed certifications including Business & Money Management (The Pioneer Fund & WLG), a 12-week Office Management course from FIT, and competitive training on the Asset Management System. As Vice President of the Inclusive Students Society, he has championed initiatives on accessibility, disability rights, and inclusive education. He is also an active member of Bizlytics Society and served as Team Leader and Director of Collaboration & Management at Ibtida Education for All, providing education to underserved communities. Fatima Hasnain is a Mechanical Engineering student at NUST, internationally recognized for her achievements in aerospace innovation, STEM education, and youth leadership. She was the Global Finalist and First Runners-Up at the NASA International Space Settlement Design Competition, where she represented Pakistan at the Kennedy Space Center, co-designed a proposal for a sustainable lunar city, and presented it to NASA engineers. She also won the Asian Regional Space Settlement Design Competition and ranked Top 3 Worldwide in the NSS Gerard K. O’Neill Space Settlement Contest among 4,500+ entries. Fatima is a Regional Winner of the National Science Bowl Pakistan and a Hult Prize Finalist, where she pitched an AI-powered soil analyzer for data-driven agriculture. Mishal Noor is a Chemical Engineering student at the University of Engineering & Technology (UET), Lahore, recognized for her projects in industrial process design and sustainability. She participated in the AFS Global STEM Accelerator 2023, where she co-developed a chemical waste treatment solution that was selected among the top 20 global submissions. Mishal interned with Fauji Fertilizer Company, assisting in process optimization for ammonia synthesis, resulting in improved energy efficiency metrics. She earned the Best Final Year Project Award 2025 for designing a prototype for carbon capture in cement manufacturing plants. Muhammad Ali Ajmal is a law graduate from the University of London and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Business Management at the University of Essex. Muhammad Diyaan Nauman is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Economics and Mathematics as a Merit Scholar at LUMS and is an aspiring policy strategist. A recipient of multiple distinctions, including achieving the highest mark in Pakistan in three IGCSE subjects, he graduated from Froebel’s International School as both Head Boy and Student of the Year. As a policy researcher, Diyaan led a study on mitigating the effects of the 2022 Larkana floods, producing evidence-based recommendations that resulted in the adoption of a Rainfall Index Relief System for local farmers, now integrated into the provincial planning framework. Dedicated to youth mentorship, he has guided students to a 100% global admissions success rate and launched SDG-aligned projects such as Ecomania, a game-theory-based educational tool. Muhammad Haseeb Ahmad

Muhammad Haseeb Ahmad is a Mechanical Engineering student at COMSATS University Islamabad, recognized nationally and internationally for his innovative engineering work, civic leadership, and commitment to education. He became the first Pakistani to receive the Frederick Barnes Waldron Best Student Award by IMechE UK and led a team that won the Group Project Award and funding for their AI-based Urban Flight Path Planning prototype. His research includes a thermal conductivity apparatus that earned him a Bronze Medal. Haseeb has interned at OGDCL Dakhni Oil Field, DG Cement Factory, and ARC Global Engineering Company Ltd., where he served as Internee Batch Head. He also taught full-time at Noble Science School from 2020–2022, receiving the Best Teacher Award from Al Badr Science Academy for his educational impact. Sabrina Dad is a BSc. Accounting and Finance student at the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), with experience spanning finance, consulting, digital marketing, and community engagement. She has interned at PwC, Serena Hotels, and the Aga Khan Development Network, supporting audit processes, financial reporting, and project coordination. From the age of 12, Sabrina has been deeply engaged in community-building efforts across remote regions of Gilgit, leading workshops and camps for children and youth on financial literacy, harassment awareness, mental health, and digital safety. Warisha serves as Vice President of both the Social Welfare Society and the Debate Society at her university. She has organized a blood donation campaign that collected over 100 units for a local hospital, led a donation drive for a cancer patient’s treatment, and implemented a community project to provide solar panels and fans to a rural school without electricity. Yasir Qadir

Yasir Qadir is an MPhil Education student at Aga Khan University, specializing in educational equity, curriculum design, and decolonial approaches in Muslim contexts. His work bridges academic research with policy analysis and community engagement to advance transformative educational practices. He is currently consulting with Oxford Policy Management (OPM) under the DARE-RC program, evaluating Public-Private Partnership (PPP) school models across Pakistan. As a Research Assistant at AKU-IED, Yasir co-authored a systematic review on PPPs in education published in the Campbell Systematic Reviews. His prior experience includes working with The Citizens Foundation (TCF) on whole-school evaluation systems and curriculum design benefiting over 2,000 schools nationwide. Beyond academia, Yasir is deeply involved in youth development. He founded the Falcon Youth Club (FYC), leading civic initiatives, mentorship programs, and community workshops. He also co-founded Ink & Insights, a student publication platform, and spearheaded a graduate research exchange between AKU-IED, the University of Cambridge, and LUMS-SOE.
